Once downloaded simply double click and read the “Your ID” number & Password to the support staff.

Alternatively on a Windows PC you use the Quick Assist
- Select the Start button, enter Quick Assist, then select it in the list of results.
- If prompted, accept the privacy policy.
- In the Security code from assistant box, enter the security code, then select Submit.
- Verify that the person trying to help you is who you expect, then accept the request.
- Wait for your devices to connect.
